BVSION Warranty Policy

All products sold by Shenzhen BVSION Technology Co., Ltd(BVS) are covered by 12 months warranty.

BVS endeavors to provide customer with exchange warranty for any product purchased within 12 months from the data of purchase. 

After the 12 months period, our warranty applies, except for products specifically covered by BVSION warranty mentioned in the product description page. And BVSION technology has the right to determine charge for repair products and charge for replacements.

Should a customer receives any product which is faulty or dead on arrival then the customer must notify BVSION sales team within one month. We can offer the spare parts to replace the faulty ones.

Beyond one month period, it is at our discretion to credit, send the replacements or repair the faulty product, but we won’t refund it.

Customers may be required to contact the our technical support department directly, to acquire authorization to return any faulty products.

 

Technical Support and Warranty Claim Process

Whenever possible , please consult the troubleshooting steps provided in the manual first, or visit the our website: www.lcdbvs.com as normally they have abundant information to troubleshoot the problem you might have. 

If all else fails, and you believe the product is faulty, please contact our warranty department to obtain return authorization. Or alternatively you can contact us on lcdbvs@lcdbvs.com.

When contacting us, please have the following information handy for fast and quick processing:

- Invoice/docket number
- Your name and your contact information
- Product name
- Description of Faulty nature of the product

BVSION team will evaluate the problem and offer solutions ASAP.

 

About expense instruction:

1)If it needs to return for repair, the buyer should cover the return fees;
2)Once product has been well repaired, seller should cover freight for export.

After the confirmation from our warranty department, please return the faulty product, with proper packaging to our address: Floor 5, Buliding 9,Huafeng Industry Park, No. 535 ,Feongtong Road, Fuyong,Baoan, Shenzhen, China, 518103. Then our technician will examine the faulty product and process the warranty policy from there. 

Without permission to return goods, we have the right to refuse receiving goods.
